When you can't decide between sweet or spicy, cold or hot, this settles all four needs.


- 1/4 cup (125ml) dried whole chilies
- 1 can sliced peaches
- 2 litres vanilla or peach ice cream Pour the peaches & syrup into a bowl and add the chilies. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.

About 1 hour prior to removing the peaches from the fridge, remove the ice cream from the freezer and place in the fridge to soften.

Remove peaches from mixture, and strain to remove chilies from syrup.

Very hot instructions:

Add peach slices to softened ice cream, mixing in with syrup.

After mixing, return to the freezer until ready to serve.

When eaten there will be about a 10-15 second delay until the mixture "detonates". The taste of the chilies themselves is not noticable, only the sweet peach and cold ice cream.

Kind of hot instructions:

Add only peaches, and mix no more than needed.
The effect will be mild except when biting into a peach.
