Mint and Onion Chutney PDF Print E-mail

  • 1 tblsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Large onion, coarsely chopped
  • 15 gm Mint leaves
  • 1 Fresh green chili
  • 1 tblsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Heat the oil over a medium flame and stir fry the onions until there are soft. Allow to cool. Put the onions and the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Place in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 4 weeks.
